You are not alone.
It is so easy to over indulge with extra portions, but no problem, all you have to do is get back to your regular portion sizes today. As you are feeling those hunger pangs and food cravings just remember, it's your addictive brain wanting you to get back to living off of sugar. Just keep reminding yourself of this, and that these hunger pangs and food cravings will go away within the day. Eat your low carb/ no carb and enjoy! Satisfying your hunger, as you go back to your lifestyle commitment.
